Honeycomb Grease filters
The honeycomb filters are a 50mm think panel filter which have become the most popular filter in Australia. They are efficient and easy to clean due to the smooth walled passages of the aluminium core. The unique design of the media splits the incoming grease laden air into many criss-crossing streams and the resulting changes in direction forces grease particles to contact and adhere to the surface of media. The excess oil can then drain through the corner drainage holes into the collection channels.

High Capacity Exhaust Fibreglass
High Capacity Exhaust Fibreglass is a green backed paint arrestor made from continuous filament glass fibres. It has a laminated air leaving side which increases the paint holding capacity compared to other exhaust options and reduces the amount of fibres that can become airborne during operation.
This product comes in 25m and 90m bulk rolls and the following widths: 510mm wide, 610mm wide, 762mm wide, 914mm wide, 990mm wide, 1220mm wide, 1500mm wide, 1830mm wide and 2000mm wide.
Exhaust Polyester
Exhaust Polyester is a 100% polyester matting with a high paint holding capacity. This product is 20mm thick, is 2200mm wide (150gsm) and comes in a 40m roll.
If required, this can be cut to size.
Pre-Filter Media
Pre-Filter Media is made from 100% polyester and is placed in front of the Inlet Filter to help extend its lifetime. This product is 2000mm wide and comes in two thicknesses (10mm thick (100gsm) 30m Roll or 20mm thick (170gsm) 20m Roll).
If required, this can be cut to size.
Inlet Media
Inlet Media is a non-woven, thermally bonded polyester with a graduated density. It is impregnated with an adhesive tackifier and supported by a reinforced polyester scrim. This product comes in 20m bulk rolls in 850mm wide, 1.25m wide, 1.7m wide or 2.1m wide.
